HOTELS

Doorman

You stand in front of the hotel door up to 8 hours to open the door in and out for the guests. While the guests are coming in and out of the hotel, you help carry their luggage from the lobby to their car. It is important to speak English fluently to communicate with the guests.

Front Desk Attendant

You receive and direct people who call or visit the hotel or office building. Other tasks you need to fulfill include answering the phone, handling payments from the guests, helping them with reservations, and checking guests in and out.

  • You give the guests all the information needed by phone or in person regarding the company you are working for.
  • You need to be fluent in English and have good communication skills. If you know another other foreign language, it is a plus!
  • You need to have at least a high school diploma if you want to be considered for this position.

Housekeeping Attendant

Your tasks include:

  • cleaning floor (sweeping mopping),
  • scrubbing tubs and vacuuming;
  • gather and empty trash;
  • cleaning toilets and supplying restrooms;
  • making the beds;
  • supplying the room with clean sheets, blankets;
  • supplying the bathroom with clean towels, soap, and shampoo;
  • cleaning the coffee-pot

This position requires that you move fast as you fulfill these tasks.

Experience preferred; however, in case you don’t have any and you are a hard-working person, we will provide you with training.

Houseman

You work behind the scenes, maintaining and cleaning the hotel.
You help housekeepers, clean hallways, take out trash and clean other parts of the hotel, such as its floors and doorways. You also respond to guest requests and help provide customer service.

Fluency in English is a must for this position. If you know another language, it is even better!

This position requires that you to move fast as you fulfill these tasks.

Experience preferred; however, in case you don’t have any and you are a hard-working person, we will provide you with training.

Laundry Attendant

As Laundry Attendant, you are responsible for providing a constant supply of clean linens for the entire hotel.You may also be responsible for cleaning guests’ personal items if the hotel offers a cleaning service.

Public Area

You are responsible to clean public areas of the resort, guest check in, conference room, public bathrooms etc. All the time, you maintain a level of cleanliness in the housekeeping area and wash, dry and fold all linens in the laundry room. This position may require performing housekeeping duties, as needed.

Valet Parking

You are responsible to maintain the security of vehicles, belongings kept inside the car and vehicle keys. You always follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction. You monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas, portico and behind the valet stand.

RESTAURANTS

Chefs and Cooks

OSSA, One Stop Staffing Agency is hiring Chefs and Sous Chefs for the management of the kitchen. We need multiple cooks, line cooks, prep cooks, and more; all of them are responsible for different aspects of food preparation.

Chef and Cook duties & responsibilities generally require the ability to do the following work:

  • Manage kitchen staff
  • Create recipes
  • Create menus
  • Plan event menus
  • Comply with food and kitchen regulations
  • Maintain budget
  • Prepare meals

Responsibilities will vary depending on the specific position. As head chefs and sous chefs you will spend a lot of time managing employees and making sure the operation is running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. The head chef may focus on more creative work, such as creating menus and dishes and helping to plan menus or presentations for special events. Sous chefs will focus on the actual day-to-day food preparation and overseeing the rest of the kitchen staff. In addition, chefs and cooks also need to be cognizant of food safety regulations and making sure the kitchen remains compliant with how food is prepared and stored.

Kitchen/Banquet

We provide experienced Line cooks, servers, dishwashers, banquet staff, waiters & waitresses, hosts, hostesses, buses, trash handling.
