We can provide doctors for urgent care, chiropractor, and more. We can also fill your nursing positions with entry-level employees or veteran nurses or nursing assistants. Our employees are equipped to take blood pressure readings, help administer medication, feed patients, fix their bed, and more.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
  • Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
  • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
  • Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
  • Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
  • Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
  • Provide instant medical care in emergencies
  • Assist surgeons during operations
  • Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants
  • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
  • Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.

Certified Nurses Aid (CNA)

Responsibilities Include:

  • Bathe and dress patients
  • Take vital signs
  • Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses and doctors
  • Answer patient calls
  • Examine patients for bruises and other injuries/wounds
  • Turn or reposition patients who are bedridden
  • Lift patients into beds, wheelchairs, or exam tables
  • Clean and sanitize patient areas
  • Provide and empty bedpans
  • Change sheets and restock rooms with necessary supplies

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities Include:

  • Keep record of eating habits of the patients and how many times they are using the washroom.
  • Assemble the equipment like gastrostomy tubes, catheters, and oxygen supplies
  • Provide the basic bedside care like dressing wounds, changing bandages, inserting catheters, and giving injections
  • Take the patient’s vital signs such as respiration, temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate
  • Enter the data related to the record of patients in computer systems
  • Interview patients and examine their medical history
  • Regulate vaccinations and injections
  • Maintain accurate health records
  • Help the patients to understand documentation or paperwork
  • Talk to the patients about their present problems, allergies, medications and keep an eye on their medical records
  • Accomplish scheduled immunizations, visual acuity testing, nebulizer treatments, and regulate TB tests
  • Talk to the patients and their families about their treatment plan, tests, and diagnoses
  • Start, monitor, or discontinue the intravenous catheters or the intravenous fluids
  • Aid in phlebotomy: analyze patients, look over the requisition form for requested tests, and set equipment, patient and puncture site
  • Assists in IV set-ups: validate solution to be regulated, analyzing infusion site, keep track of IV function and patient comfort, and terminate IV at an appropriate time, as ordered by MD
  • Manage adequate inventory of examination room supplies and set the rooms
  • Communication with pharmacies to order prescriptions
  • Organize and store supplies in the rooms of patients

Chiropractic Assistant

Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as the face of the practice and greet patients
  • Escort patients to exam areas and explain any required procedures to prepare patients for their treatment
  • Maintain accurate patient information to assist the chiropractor with their examination and treatment plans for patients, such as taking blood pressure, temperature, weight, and height
  • Maintain an organized schedule
  • Verify the form of payment with the patient at the time of the appointment and then process payments accordingly
  • Maintain the office by checking that stationary supplies are kept in stock as well as checking that the practice has a sufficient number of gowns and towels
  • Follow the chiropractor’s instructions by distributing educational information to patients about their treatment and diagnosis, including any information that will help them with ongoing exercises that can help speed up their healing

Chiropractor

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assess a patient’s medical condition by reviewing their medical history, listening to the patient’s concerns, and performing a physical examination
  • Conduct tests to analyze the patient’s posture, spine, reflexes, and taking x-rays
  • Interpret the results of the tests to identify any issues and determine a treatment plan
  • Provide neuro-musculoskeletal therapy, which involves adjusting a patient’s spinal column and other joints by hand
  • Give additional treatments, such as applying heat or cold to a patient’s injured areas
  • Advise patients on health and lifestyle issues, such as exercise, nutrition, and sleep habits
  • Refer patients to other health care professionals when necessary

Dental Assistant

Responsibilities Include:

  • Welcome patients in the dental office
  • Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
  • Select and set up instruments, equipment and materials needed
  • Sterilize instruments according to regulations
  • Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
  • Undertake lab tasks as instructed
  • Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
  • Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
  • Schedule appointments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
